Dr. Metz is a consummate, professional woman of faith. And as a highly sought-after Christian counselor and Bible teacher, she focuses her ministry on an expository teaching of the Word of God. But at the same time, they have transformed their work by integrating it with the principles of mind-body-soul health for the betterment of numerous multicultural communities.



She is a graduate of Bronx Community and Hunter Bellevue Colleges, as well as the universities of Stony Brook and LaSalle. Her many credentials include degrees in nursing, psychiatry, and her Ph.D in Theocentric Psychology. She also served as a clinical instructor at Farmingdale College and associate professor at Stony Brook’s School of Nursing, and has also lent her nursing expertise to three private practices in the women’s health sector for 43 years.
